Upstream routing issues

2:05 PM - The issue seems to have been caused by an upstream routing configuration error after a planned routing change on Friday evening. It prevented some people from accessing some of our (and other customers') servers, but who was affected and what was inaccessible varied from device to device; some people didn't experience any problems, while others did, even on the same ISP.


1:07 PM - Our provider believes they've corrected the problem, and our own testing confirms this. We're waiting for a explanation of the disruption.


1:00 PM - We're getting user reports that the problem has been fixed. We're waiting for an update from our upstream provider.


12:00 PM - Our upstream providers continues to investigate the problem.


10:54 AM - We're still working with out upstream providers, who has confirmed that some users are seeing connectivity problems.


9:00 AM - We've received reports of connectivity issues to our sites.

There appears to be a routing issue upstream from us which is causing connection problems for some users.

We've contacted our provider for more information.
